Video Game Consoles:

To connect devices other than computers or phones - for example TVs, Roku, or gaming consoles - it is possible to generate connection passwords for CornellWiFi from other devices.

In order to connect those devices, please visit the wireless onboarding system from another device already connected to Cornell's WiFi.  As with the personal devices process, you'll need to log in, choose the Cornell option, and check This is a new device.  It's recommended to choose a descriptive name for the device you're registering.  After clicking continue, connect your device to CornellWifi with the password shown on the screen.

The password will work for the first device that connects with it.  Additional devices can be registered by repeating this process.

Google Chromecast is not a supported device. Please consider a device such as a Roku or Amazon Firestick as a comparable substitute.  Wireless printers are also not supported.  Please connect personal printers to your computer via USB cable.

DirecTV:

All Cornell College residence halls are wired to receive local "over the air" TV channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX). Connect your cable-ready TV to the coax port on the wall. Don't forget to have your TV scan for available channels.
